My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, which is exactly what you'd expect in Japan on a budget. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Matsumoto castle and very close to the train station. However, the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of keeping food hot and offering more options for vegetarians.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from the JR railway and bus stations. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with Handy phones. The service is very friendly and attentive, going out of their way to help guests. The dining options are good in the adjoining cafe. However, the value for money could be better, especially with the dining experience at the restaurant.
